The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 registered under Section 115/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that in the case under the Arms Act the petitioner has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 30155 of 2019 and in consequence of the abatement alleged under Section 115 of the Indian Penal Code, no hurt was caused to any person, the petitioner, who is in custody since 03.10.2018 and against whom investigation is already complete, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33648 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018, subject to the conditions :
(a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;
(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
