JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2012.
The report of the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra dated 19.03.2015 reflects that all the nine witnesses have already been examined.
Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
It is expected from the Trial Court to expedite the trial.
