Let the defect (s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.03.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 84/2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 8/21/22(B) (C) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the allegation made in the F.I.R. and the total quantity of Brown Sugar recovered from possession of the accused persons including the petitioner as mentioned in the seizure list is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43039 of 2021(4) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

It is expected of the Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously.
