JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was registered against unknown but in course of investigation the stolen vehicle was recovered and the name of the petitioner surfaced.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any criminal case and as a matter of fact the petitioner does not have any concern with the vehicle. He was only traveling by the aforesaid vehicle and it was the driver of the said vehicle, who was the solely responsible to explain as to under which circumstances he came in possession of the stolen vehicle.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties and keeping in mind that the

No.1046 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail custody since 23.10l2014, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Munger, in Naya Ram Nagar P.S.Case No. 127 of 2014,G.R.No. 1621 of 2014.
