2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , informant suspected that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against him. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely Dharmendra Sharma and Vicky Kumar have already granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43386 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 16297 of 2022 and 48075 of 2022 . Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and other circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 620 of 2021 .
