12.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 263 of 2014 registered under Sections 399, 402, 353, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna.

Considering that the Petitioner while on bail was roaming around with arms and, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
