This court while hearing the prayer for bail of the co-accused, found factual error in the order dated 1.5.2015 at page no. 3⁄4 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6253 of 2014 with regard to 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the mother of the informant where it has been recorded "Subsequently the mother of the informant was examined under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. where she stated that she was ravished by accused petitioner Subhash Yadav whereas her daughter was ravished by petitioner Ajay Yadav". The same may be read as "Subsequently the mother of the informant was examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. where
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6253 of 2014 (6) dt.19-05-2015 she stated that she was ravished by Subhash Yadav @ Subash Yadav, whereas her daughter was ravished by Ajay Kumar, Saheb Yadav @ Sahab Yadav @ Digvijay Prasad Yadav, Bhim Yadav and Guddu Yadav @ Ravikar Prasad Yadav". The order dated 01.05.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Let the above mentioned portion of order dated 01.05.2015 be off loaded and the modified portion of order be uploaded.
Henceforth certified copy of the modified order dated 01.05.2015 only be issued.
