The Court is not concerned that who appears before the Court and even if learned counsel has returned the brief, it was the duty of the client or his agent to ensure that the case was represented before the Court.
In view of the fact that on 06.04.2016 also nobody had appeared and today nobody is pressing the application, the Court can only presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
