JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20607 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was outside State to earn his livelihood. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

Considering the fact that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed on 22.02.2022 whereas the present modification petition has been filed 19.05.2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41424 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 this Court is not inclined to modify the order 22.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20607 of 2021.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
