1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for directing the respondent authorities, especially District Magistrate, Darbhanga, for removal of road, which has been constructed in the Khatiyani land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata
Patna High Court CWJC No.16246 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 No.125, Plot No.79, situated at villageNadiyami, Police Station-Sakatpur, DistrictDarbhanga. For directing the respondents to construct the road on the land which has already been left by the original land holder for common path on the western side, which has been encroached by Jatadhar Choudhary, Hare Kant Jha and the private respondents."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
