ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 17.5.2011 by which the District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C. 3, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Criminal Appeal No. 131 of 1993 has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment for two years and fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of the same, one month rigorous imprisonment.

It has been submitted that the Petitioner has remained in custody for 17 months.

Having gone through the records of the case, I find no merit in the Revision, the same is dismissed.
