The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he wanted to cheat innocent people on the pretext of doubling the currency note. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession bundle of papers were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 09.09.2014.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remain in jail for more than four months,, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like
