2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- i. For direction upon the Respondents particularly Respondent no. 6 to consider the application of the petitioner and thereby be pleased to cancel the appointment of the Respondent no. 14 who has been illegally appointed by the Respondent no. 11 to 13 at the post of the Sanitation Supervisor in the Gram Panchayat Raj Tisiauta Dharampur under Block - Patepur, District Vaishali, and consequently issuing direction upon the Respondent no. 11 to 13 to issue joining letter to the petitioner for the said post with all Consequential benefits attached to the said post of Sanitation Supervisor.

ii. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), Vaishali at Hajipur (Respondent no. 6) is the competent authority before whom the petitioner had filed a representation vide Annexure-13 series of the writ petition, but he sat over the matter and has not taken any decision till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with this order, raising all his grievances before the Respondent no.6 within 30 days from today and the Respondent no.6 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order hearing all concerned parties within 90 days thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.
