1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of this writ application with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer-cumCompetent Authority, Gaya (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8817 of 2023(5) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 the objection filed by the petitioners, which is pending before him, dated 07.09.2021 (Annexure-1 series to the writ application).

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Competent Authority, Gaya (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the objection dated 07.09.2021 (Annexure-1 series to the writ application) which is said to have been filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
