2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act was added.

3. The petitioner is named in the FIR. There is specific allegation against him of inflicting firearm injury in abdomen of the deceased who died during the course of the treatment.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35184 of 2025(4) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the nature of the accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
