The petitioners seek bail in case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, who happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
