PP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. case No.124 of 2012 (S.T. No.765 of 2012) instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 385, 307, 379, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Saran at Chapra.

The Petitioner was refused bail by earlier orders. He has renewed his prayer for bail on grounds of undue delay in trial. Now it appears that only two witnesses are left to be examined. The Trial Court is directed to give Dasti summons to the Counsel for the Informant, who shall produce the witnesses on the next date fixed for their examination.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9773 of 2014 (11) dt.13-05-2015 In view of the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
