The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul Complaint Case No. 994C of 2017 for offences under Sections 323. 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the parties that they are staying together under the same roof. Opposite party no.2 does not make any complaint or any misbehaviour against the petitioner.
