JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tekari (Mau O.P.) P. S. Case No. 460 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of IPC. Petitioner no.1 happens to be the mother-in-law, petitioner no.2 brother-in-law (Dewar) and petitioner no.3 sisterin-law (Nanad). As per F.I.R. it is said that petitioners and other accused persons had administered the poison to the deceased and killed her and disposed of her dead body. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and only on suspicion, they have been made accused in this case.

No.31202 of 2019(4) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also, who also could not controvert the fact that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and the case is under Section 302 of IPC. Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya, in connection with Tekari (Mau O.P.)
