2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was standing at shop, the accused persons came there and started abusing and assaulting him by means of fists, slaps and belt. On protest, the accused persons also assaulted the father of the informant, due to which, he sustained injuries. Thereafter, the accused persons looted away the golden chain of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36860 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is under custody since 23.03.2023.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
