ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was allowed bail by the order dated 30.11.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. 35046 of 2009 but his bail bond was cancelled on account of his abscond.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed in terms of the order dated 15.4.2015 wherein it has been mentioned that he was not involved in any other case during the period of his absconding.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Danapur, Patna, in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36493 of 2014 (6) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 with Sessions Trial No. 916A of 2006/Trial No. 563 of 2014 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2004 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner and the other shall be the father/mother/brother/sister/wife. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner. (ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
