This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015, disclosing offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having perused the order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Patna while considering the application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail, I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present case. Learned Sessions Judge has already made an observation that there is no allegation of commission of offence under Section 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code which is the only non-bailable
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5884 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2016 2/2 Section levelled in the First Information Report. This application stands disposed of with the observation as aforesaid.
