Mr. Abhay Kumar Kashyap, AC to GP-18 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard both parties.

The following reliefs have been been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner : 1(I) To direct the respondents to make payment of the amount of Post-Retirement benefits i.e. Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance etc. along with

Patna High Court CWJC No.8526 of 2017(6) dt.19-08-2020 2/3 statutory/penal interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

(II) Also to direct the respondents to fix the pension in the Pay-Scale Rs.5000-150-8000 which has been granted to the petitioner by way of 1st A.C.P. promotion w.e.f. 6.2.2001 but till date the Pay-Scale of the petitioner has not been revised and also to make payment of arrears in pursuance thereto.

(III) Also to direct the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner due from February, 2011 to February, 2012.

(IV) Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the part of the grievance/s has already been redressed by the respondents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the competent authority for the redressal of remaining grievance/s, if any.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority, he shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
