Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be the main assailant and his trial has already commenced, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with sessions trial no. 299 of 2014 arising out of Chandi P.S.Case No. 259 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge, Hilsa at Nalanda stands rejected.
