In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.347 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted by iron rod on the forehead of the informant causing grievous injury, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
