JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 6.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim committed suicide and the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
