JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity Phenargan injection is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 21.11.2015. Moreover, at the time of his arrest, petitioner disclosed that the aforesaid injections belonged to one Vijay Sah, who instructed him for carrying the aforesaid injections.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case
