The petitioner Bachcha Mukhiya seeks regular bail in Mahishi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Raja Ram Mukhiya, the informant alleged that Trivani Mukhiya (deceased) had developed illicit relationship with Radha Devi, the mother of Chandra Shekhar Mukhiya.It is further alleged that Chandra Shekhar Mukhiya in collusion with the other accused persons, killed Trivani Mukhiya and threw

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1344 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 his dead body.

It appears that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is not the family member of Chandra Shekhar Mukhiya.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S.
