JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 24-03-2017 While disposing of C.W.J.C. No.7030 of 2014 on 01.12.2015, the learned Writ Court directed the Chairman of the Examination Board to consider the question of donor ship, which was pending decision for a period of 10 years in accordance to the Rule after hearing the parties within a period of three months.

Patna High Court LPA No.455 of 2016 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 We find that the Chairman has decided the issue and that being so, now this appeal is rendered infructuous. In case, any grievance still subsists after decision of the Chairman, liberty shall be available to the appellant to challenge the decision of the Chairman afresh in accordance with law.
