This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 registered under section 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that material during the investigation have come that the petitioner is an active participant in the killing of the deceased and the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34768 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
