Petitioners seek bail in Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Their prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of serious nature of offence.
