This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Sections- 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Though recovery was alleged to have been made from the possession of this petitioner but the same was not found to be stolen property. Petitioner is in jail since 07.12.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015.
