JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03/11/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of making assault to the informant and taking away ornaments and cash of Rs. 40,380/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accusation of assault to the informant is against Birendra Kumar and Binay Mahto. There is a counter version of occurrence also. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The Statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3015 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 108 of 2014.
