Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,307,394 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2020. One of the injured of the occurrence is there, however, the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.

Considering the facts aforesaid and no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32578 of 2020(3) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No.138 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
