The petitioner seeks regular bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons coming on a stolen Innova vehicle from Delhi. Both were apprehended with the vehicle bearing Registration No. UP14BY-8572.

It is submitted that co-accused, namely, Ramesh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 08.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 472 of 2015. Case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Petitioner was also apprehended along with Ramesh Kumar while coming on the aforesaid stolen vehicle and there is same and similar allegation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1768 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.
