Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 323, 324, 307, 120(b), 34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.10.2018.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31334 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for grant of bail after 1 year in judicial custody. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
