In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 134 of 2005 registered for offences under sections 494, 120B I.P.C. and the charge sheet has been submitted under sections 366, 376/34 I.P.C. The first information report itself shows that the daughter of the informant fled away along with the present petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 134 of 2005.
