The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioners, variously armed came to the land of the informant and started assaulting the family members of the informant.

No.34309 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that injury of Dhanu Kumar Pandey is simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance and injury of Kameshwar Pandey was grievous on leg, which was not on vital part.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 527 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
