JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The petitioner has renewed prayer for bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is at advance stage as most of the witnesses have been examined.

In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to consider the present prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

It is expected from the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months, in Sessions Trial No. 174 of 2013 arising out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No.202 of 2011, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
