JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The petitioner has renewed prayer for bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 9A, 25A and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the Union of India that trial of this case is at advance stage as it is fixed for statement of accused under section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Keeping in view of the stage of the trial, this court is not inclined to consider the present prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
