Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313/323/379/385/494/498 (A)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is no allegation of torture against the petitioner and she is the second wife.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43804 of 2021(6) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. or concerned Court, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
