The Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2021 in connection with Barun Police Station Case No. 461 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 193 liters of illicit liquor from the truck.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 31.12.2021, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Barun Police Station

The petitioner will visit Barun Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
