The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.8.2015 in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 , G.R. No. 3369 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in village politics petitioner has been made accused and even during medical examination the allegation was not corroborated. Besides hearing, I have also perused the materials available on record including the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6924 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
