Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 152, 186, 341, 323, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Submission is that in another criminal matter, the police was not taking any action, hence, the people had blocked the road traffic and for that reason, three cases were lodged against named and unknown. FIR is against unknown. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
