JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was taken away by the petitioner but petitioner did nothing wrong with her. The victim disclosed her age as 18 years. Moreover, victim was produced before the court and did not say anything against the petitioner and the investigation has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case
