JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 It is submitted by learned State Counsel that from perusal of the writ petition it would be apparent that that same has been filed by a practising Advocate of this Court urging that he received threats from one Munshi practising in the different district. Primafacie, it appears that there is some dispute regarding some client. No criminal offence whatsoever is made out even in view of the application which is enclosed at Annexure 1. Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without going into merit of the said submission the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
