Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mali P.S.Case No3/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per the written report is that the accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant and specific allegation is against the other accused persons of assault by Danda causing injury on the head of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner of assault and she is a lady.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31987 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P.S.Case No.03/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
