The motive behind the alleged killing of the deceased is said to be illicit relationship of husband of the deceased with another lady, who happens to be Gotani of the deceased. Admittedly, the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and none has seen actual killing of the deceased. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
