====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. M. BADAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. By reasoned order dated 30.11.2021, this Court was pleased to reject the application for grant of bail filed by the present applicant. However, subsequently, the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2022 was pleased to grant bail to co-accused Ramdhani Kumar alias Ramdhani Yadav. It is seen that the order passed by this Court rejecting the bail application of the applicant was not produced before the coordinate Bench of this Court while granting bail to co-accused Ramdhani Kumar alias Ramdhani Yadav on 12.05.2022. Hence, I find no substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that as co-accused Ramdhani Kumar alias

No.34623 of 2022(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 Ramdhani Yadav is granted bail subsequently by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2022, this applicant, whose application was rejected on merit on earlier occasion by this Court, becomes entitled for grant of bail. Hence, bail application is rejected.

The applicant to remove all office objections forthwith and the Registry to issue the certified copy of this order only after removal of office objections by the applicant. (A. M. Badar, J) P.S./- U T
