According to prosecution case itself, the name of this petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused Vijay Paswan, who was caught by the police with stolen motor cycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to institution of this case, petitioner was implicated in altogether four cases which were registered against the petitioner with false accusation and petitioner has been remanded in the present case due to registration of the above stated four cases.
